By submitting feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow Fun Drive Games to use and exploit that feedback for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for losses arising from inability to access the Services.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms form the entire agreement for your use of the Services. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Section titles are for convenience only. Transactions and communications with us may be electronic at our option. These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties and do not create third-party beneficiary rights.
